Barbara Rath
Barbara Rath (* 1941 in Heilbronn ) is a German actress.
Life
Barbara Rath studied singing ( mezzo-soprano ) and dance (classical ballet , jazz dance ) and received her training as an actress at the acting seminar of the Kammerspiele Hamburg .
She played regularly in theater with permanent engagements at the Komödie Munich , the Renaissance Theater Berlin , the Hamburger Kammerspiele , the Alten Schauspielhaus Stuttgart and the Fritz Rémond Theater in Frankfurt am Main .
Roles among others in: With Body and Soul (1989, TV series ZDF ), Everything Everyday (1991–1992), We Are Also Just One People (1993), Katrin is the Best (1995–1997), Schlosshotel Orth (1996) The Fallers (1998), Velvet and Silk (1999-2004, TV series ZDF)
She was married to the actor Hans Korte until the end and currently lives in Munich .
