The Barnaulka ( Russian Барнау́лка ) is a left tributary of the Ob in the Altai region in southeastern Western Siberia .

The Barnaulka has its origin on the Obplateau in the approximately 18 km² Serkalnoye Lake , 60 km west of Aleisk . From there it flows through the Obplateau in a northeasterly direction. It finally reaches the city of Barnaul , where it flows into the Ob flowing westwards. The course of the river is located within an approximately 5 km wide band forest in an otherwise treeless steppe landscape. The Barnaulka has a length of 207 km. Its catchment area covers 5720 km². The mean discharge 2 km above the mouth is 3.7 m³ / s.
