Bart Goor (born April 9, 1973 in Neerpelt ) is a former Belgian football player .
Career
The left midfielder began his professional career in Belgium in 1992 with Verbroedering Geel and moved to KRC Genk in 1996 , where he stayed for a year. His breakthrough came in 1997 at RSC Anderlecht . Here he became the Belgian national player in 1999 and played for Belgium at the Euro 2000 .
In 2001 he moved to the Bundesliga for Hertha BSC . At Hertha he was a regular player from the start and played 87 Bundesliga games until 2004, scoring 13 goals. Perhaps his best game was in the 2001/02 season, when he scored four goals and prepared one in a 6-0 win against Hamburger SV. During his time in Berlin he also played for Belgium at the 2002 World Cup .
From Berlin he went to Feyenoord Rotterdam for one season in 2004 and has played for RSC Anderlecht again since the 2005/2006 season. In January 2009 he moved to Germinal Beerschot Antwerp . In November 2011, his contract was terminated by mutual agreement. He then moved to KVC Westerlo and signed until the end of the season.
For the 2013/14 season he moved to KFC Dessel Sport and ended his career at the end of the season.
Goor made 78 appearances for the Belgian national team and scored 13 goals.
