He had been active in Istanbul since 2002 when he moved from Içerenköy Idman Yurdu to the black and white. He made his debut in the Süper Lig on August 19, 2007 in the game against Kasımpaşa Istanbul . Just a week after this premiere, he scored his first professional goal in the fifth minute of stoppage time in the game against Gaziantepspor . He was also in action in qualifying for the UEFA Champions League and was substituted on in the second leg against FC Zurich . The sports management of Beşiktaş has also reported him for the group stage.

In the 2009/10 season he was loaned to Eskişehirspor . But the player didn't want to and came back to Besiktas. The player made his debut in the 2009/10 season on November 25, 2009 in the game against Manchester United , in which he was substituted on for Bobô in the 84th minute .

At the beginning of the 2010/11 season Batuhan moved again to Eskişehirspor . The club paid a transfer fee of 2.1 million euros and signed him for three years. For the 2012/13 season Karadeniz returned on loan to Beşiktaş Istanbul .

At the beginning of the 2013/2014 season, Batuhan Karadeniz joined Trabzonspor on a free transfer . He will wear the number 17 on his back. Because of undisciplined behavior, the head coach Mustafa Reşit Akçay Karadeniz and his teammate Volkan Şen suspended from the team.

For the second half of the 2013/4 season Trabzonspor Karadeniz awarded to league rivals Sanica Boru Elazığspor . After this club missed relegation at the end of the 2013/14 season and had to relegate, Karadeniz moved to Sivasspor in the summer of 2014 . After Karadeniz under the head coach Sergen Yalçın , a former player legend from Karadeniz 'former club Beşiktaş, in the meantime again shows convincing performances and even made it back into the Turkish national team, he fell back into his old behavior. So he again showed indiscipline and lack of commitment and was suspended from the team squad as a result. In the spring of 2016, his contract was terminated by mutual agreement and he was released from work.

After playing the second half of the 2015/16 season at the Swiss club FC St. Gallen , he returned to Turkey in summer 2016 and signed a two-year contract with the second division club Şanlıurfaspor .
