Bedford TJ
The Bedford TJ was a light truck that Bedford made.
history
The TJ was presented in 1958 as a modernized variant of the TD . It existed in Great Britain until 1975, after which it was only manufactured for export until 1986. AWD then continued to build it until the early 1990s.
India and Pakistan
The Indian Hindustan Motors produced the larger versions J5 and J6 from 1968. After the vehicles had proven to be unable to compete with the products of Tata and Ashok Leyland , production was stopped. In Pakistan, the J5 and J6 continued to be built and dominated the commercial vehicle market.
Australia
In Australia the TJ was sold as the Holden .
