Beller (county)
Beller is a district of the municipality Grafschaft in the district of Ahrweiler in Rhineland-Palatinate ( Germany ).
history
The place is first handed down as Belre in 1240 . Beller belonged to the Dingstuhl Ringen in the county of Neuenahr , which formed an office within the Duchy of Jülich from 1545 to the end of the 18th century .
