The Bendida Peak ( Bulgarian връх Бендида wrach Bendida ) is a 1200 m high and icy mountain on the Trinity Peninsula of Graham lands north of the Antarctic Peninsula . It rises 2.11 km north-northwest of Golesh Bluff , 12.22 km east of Poynter Hill , 4.27 km south to east of Aureole Hills , 12.74 km southwest of Mount Schuyler and 13.57 km west to north of Gurgulyat Peak from the northern foothills of the Detroit Plateau . A secondary glacier of the Pettus Glacier with a north-westerly direction of flow lies to the west of it.
German and British scientists carried out its mapping in 1996. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2010 after the Thracian deity Bendida .
