Nouart is a French commune with 141 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Vouziers , the canton of Vouziers (until 2015 Buzancy ) and the Argonne Ardennaise municipality .
Nouart is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Tailly in the southeast and south, Bayonville in the southwest, Buzancy in the southwest, Fossé in the west, Belval-Bois-des-Dames in the north and the municipalities of Beaufort-en-Argonne and Beauclair in the east in the Meuse department .
