The municipality is traversed by the Aisne , which forms part of the northeastern municipality boundary. Olizy-Primat is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Savigny-sur-Aisne in the west, Falaise in the northwest, Longwé in the north, Grandpré in the east and Brécy-Brières in the south.
