Brieulles-sur-Bar is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Les Petites-Armoises in the north-west, Sy in the north, Verrières in the north-east, Saint-Pierremont in the east, Authe in the south and Belleville-et-Châtillon-sur-Bar in the west. The bar forms the western boundary of the municipality.
