Fossé is a French commune with 54 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Vouziers , the canton of Vouziers (until 2015 Buzancy ) and the Argonne Ardennaise municipality .

Fossé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bar-lès-Buzancy in the north-west, Vaux-en-Dieulet in the north, Belval-Bois-des-Dames in the north-east, Nouart in the east and Buzancy in the south and south-west.
