Benjamin Šeško (born May 31, 2003 in Radeče ) is a Slovenian football player .

Career

society

Šeško started his career at NK Krško . In the 2017/18 season he scored 59 goals in 23 games in the U-15 league. For the 2018/19 season he moved to NK Domžale . For the U-17 of Domžale he scored 21 goals in 23 games.

For the 2019/20 season he moved to Austria for FC Red Bull Salzburg , with whom he received a contract that ran until May 2022. Initially, however, it was to be used for the FC Liefering farm team . He made his debut for Liefering in the 2nd division in July 2019 when he came on as a substitute for Karim Adeyemi in the 79th minute against SKU Amstetten on the first day of that season . Through that commitment, the Slovenian became the first player in the second-highest Austrian league to be born in 2003.

He also plays for the FC Red Bull Salzburg U19 team in the UEFA Youth League .

National team

Šeško played for a Slovenian youth national team for the first time in 2017. In August 2018 he made his debut against Switzerland for the U-17 selection .
