Benjamin Kruger
Benjamin Paul Krüger (born September 1, 1980 in Hanover ) is a German actor .
life and career
Krüger studied acting at Acting International in Paris from 2001 to 2003 and at the Frese Drama Studio in Hamburg from 2003 to 2006 . He then worked at the Meiningen State Theater in Southern Thuringia from 2006 to 2012 , where he was seen in numerous leading and title roles. From 2012 to 2016 he was engaged at the German Theater in Göttingen . Since summer 2016 he has been living and working freelance in Berlin. He has been a regular speaker at the Festival of the German Language since 2012 , where he read the title role of Don Karlos in 2014 . 2017 and 2018 he played the role of a young father in over 20 episodes Jonas Dallwitz in the series among us . He works for film and television and has been part of the Globe Ensemble Berlin since 2019.
Krüger writes under the pseudonym Benjamin Hoheisel-Scheffel. His piece “Ich du und alle other” was nominated for the Kleist Prize in 2017 .
