Malte Kreutzfeldt (* 1969 in Lübeck ) is a German director .

Life

Kreutzfeldt studied directing at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin from 1993 to 1998 . From 1999 to 2003 he was senior director of drama at the Quedlinburg / Halberstadt theater . He has been working as a freelancer since 2003 and has since staged at the state theaters in Augsburg , Cottbus , Darmstadt , Nuremberg , Mainz and Oldenburg , the opera and the theater in Kiel as well as in Stuttgart, Ulm, Würzburg and at the Chemnitz Theater . His dramatizations of Tolstoy's War and Peace , Bulgakow's Meister and Margarita and Victor Hugo's Die Elenden have been published by Verlag der Autor , Frankfurt / M.

Since 2005 he has also worked regularly for the German Film Academy in Berlin.
