Natalie Hünig

Natalie Hünig (born November 7, 1974 in Trier ) is a German actress.

Life

Hünig, the daughter of an Israeli mother and a German father, grew up in the Ruhr area and in the Allgäu . Her career began in 1997 as a guest actress under the direction of Armin Petras at the Leipziger Schauspielhaus. She then became a permanent member of the Nordhausen Theater under the direction of Christoph Nix and Armin Petras. Until 2014 she was mainly active in eastern Germany, so u. a. in Leipzig, Jena and Dessau. In 2015 she was permanently engaged at Theater Konstanz . This engagement ended in 2017 when she switched to the Augsburg Theater as a permanent member of the ensemble. She also works as a film actress.

At Nockherberg 2020 she would have taken on the role of Saskia Esken.

Awards

Natalie Hünig won the “Best Actress” award at the Braunschweiger Kurzfilmtagen and the Heidelberger Theatertage and was named “Actress of the Year” in Augsburg in 2019.
