Roman Pertl

Roman Pertl (born 1988 in Wildeshausen , Lower Saxony ) is a German actor.

Life

Pertl studied from 2010 to 2014 at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen and Bochum. While still a student, he was involved in the development of the play Children of the Revolution at the Bochum theater (director: Nuran David Calis).

In the bilingual world premiere Somewhere it should be beautiful (text: Moritz Rinke , Mario Salazar ; directors: Johannes Klaus , Katrin Lindner ) Pertl took part in Bochum and Palestine. The piece is a collaboration between the Folkwang University of the Arts and the Drama Academy Ramallah.

He had his first permanent engagement from 2014 to 2017 at the Hessisches Landestheater Marburg . In 2017 he was hired as an ensemble member at the Augsburg Theater .
