Berberis prattii is a plant from the family of Barberry (Berberidaceae).
It is located in western China in the Sichuan province . Berberis prattii is a deciduous (deciduous) shrub with dense clusters of spiny, obovate, up to 3 centimeters long leaves that are glossy medium green on the top and gray on the underside. In summer, upright panicles up to 20 centimeters long with 8 yellow flowers appear. The berries are round, bright pink and stay on the plant for a long time. This species is used as an ornamental shrub in gardens and parks.
