Bernd Bankroth
Bernd Bankroth (* 1941 in Halle an der Saale ; † 1991 in Dippoldiswalde ) was a German painter , graphic artist , photographer and ceramist .
Life
Bernd Bankroth was born in Halle in 1941. He completed his studies at the Technical University of Dresden in technical cybernetics . In 1971 he and his wife bought a homestead in Fürstenau , and in 1973 they moved there. From 1975 until his death he worked as a freelance painter, graphic artist, photographer and ceramist in Fürstenau and Dresden .
Bankroth was married to the painter and graphic artist Ursula Bankroth .
