Bernd Reichert

Bernd Reichert (born September 24, 1941 in Stuttgart ) is a CDU politician from Baden-Württemberg . From 1982 to 1990 he was Lord Mayor of the large district town of Schramberg .

Life

Reichert studied law in Freiburg from 1962 to 1967 . In 1979 he was at the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer with a thesis on "The tension between the mayor and council" Dr. rer. publ. PhD. After working as a legal assessor in the district administrations of Kehl and Rastatt , he was first alderman of the large district town of Bühl (Baden) from 1973 to 1982 .

From 1980 to 1982 he was a lecturer at the Kehl University of Applied Sciences . He is co-editor of the series “ Special Administrative Law for Baden-Württemberg”. Since 1990 he has been working as a lawyer and specialist lawyer for administrative law in Bühl.

In 1982, Reichert was elected Lord Mayor of Schramberg to succeed Roland Geitmann . His election in 1990 was accompanied by a rift with the city of Schramberg, which Reichert dealt with in his memoir Schramberger Gezeiten . His successor was Herbert Zinell , the then Schramberg SPD parliamentary group chairman . In Schramberg the topic provided material for the local fiber for a long time .

From 1994 to 2014 Reichert was a member of the municipal council in Bühl (Baden).
