Bernd Wiesberger (born October 8, 1985 in Vienna ) is an Austrian professional golfer .

Career

After a successful amateur career with numerous national titles, Wiesberger became a professional golfer in 2006 . About the Tour School he qualified for the European Tour for the 2009 season, but could not hold their own, so he returned to the Challenge Tour returned and was able in 2010 to land his first two tournament victories. With a fifth place in the 2010 annual ranking, Wiesberger was again eligible to play on the European Tour from 2011. With four top 10 placings, including two second places, he ended that season in 64th place on the money list.

The first victory on the European Tour came in April 2012 at the Ballantine's Championship in South Korea.
