Bernhard Dagner

Bernhard Dagner (* 1961 in Windischeschenbach ) is a German painter and draftsman .

life and work

Bernhard Dagner studied from 1983 to 1989 at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg with Clemens Fischer (1983) and Georg Karl Pfahler (1984-89). In 1987 he was appointed Pfahler's master class student.

Wagner's art is based on geometric principles, pure colors and a clear system. For his glass pictures he uses flat glass that he obtains from the Lamberts / Waldsassen glassworks .

Since 1989 Dagner has lived and worked as a freelance artist in Krummennaab / Upper Palatinate.
