Bernhard Danckelmann (District Administrator)

Bernhard Danckelmann (born February 19, 1886 in Hardehausen , Westphalia , † January 2, 1947 in Merseburg ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer and district administrator in the Neustadt OS district and in the Namslau district .

Life

Danckelmann began his professional career in 1907 as a court trainee, from 1908 as a government trainee and since 1912 as a government assessor and assistant at the district administrator in Salzwedel . From 1913 he worked in Wolmirstedt and since 1914 with the senior presidium in Silesia . In 1919 Danckelmann became the acting administration of the district administration for the Neustadt i. Transfer Upper Silesia. From 1921 he was a member of the government and from 1922 he worked for the government in Düsseldorf and then in Münster . In 1923 he worked for the Upper Presidium of Westphalia and since 1924 in the Rhine Province . He was close to the Center Party . From 1925 Danckelmann officiated as district administrator in the Namslau district until he was temporarily retired on April 24, 1933 . Since May 31, 1933, he was employed as a non-scheduled civil servant in the Osnabrück government and from 1935 in the Hildesheim government . Danckelmann was entrusted with the representation of the business of the government director of the department for churches and schools. In 1936 he was appointed government director and from 1937 worked for the Merseburg government and the Dir. Oberversicherungsamt. Danckelmann was entrusted with chairing the examination committee for health insurance employees for the province of Saxony and the state of Anhalt.
