Bernhard Zebrowski
Bernhard Zebrowski (born February 11, 1900 in Hamburg , † October 12, 1962 in Berlin ) was a German journalist , writer and translator .
Bernhard Zebrowski worked as an editor at the Vossische Zeitung , among others , where he emerged as "a chatterer of humor, bizarre and sometimes poetic melancholy". He wrote novels, short stories and dramas. Zebrowski has translated from Danish, English, French, Portuguese and Spanish, including Harry Stephen Keeler, Frank Yerby , Graham Greene's novel The Power and the Glory and Lew Wallace bestseller Ben Hur .
