Bernhard von Puttkamer

Bernhard Albrecht von Puttkamer (born August 4, 1838 in Kabelwiese , † August 24, 1906 in Plauth ) was the owner of the manor and a member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Puttkamer was the son of Eugen von Puttkamer and attended high school and the cadet institution in Berlin . He became a lieutenant in the Guard Cuirassier Regiment and participated in the war of 1870/71 . Then in 1874 he took over his father's property in Plauth. Puttkamer was chairman of the West Prussian Chamber of Agriculture, member of the board of the Central Association of Prussian Farmers and participant in the Prussian Agricultural Conference of 1894.

Between 1885 and 1903 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives and from 1884 to 1890 and 1893 to 1902 of the German Reichstag for the German Conservative Party and the Reichstag electoral district of Danzig 1 district .

He married Marie Agnes Emilie Wilhelmine von Zitzewitz on May 17, 1866 (born April 26, 1845). The couple had several children:
