The best list of New Zealand women triathletes on the Ironman distance includes all times achieved worldwide by women from New Zealand in a triathlon over the long distance or Ironman distance (3.86 km swimming, 180.2 km cycling and 42.2 km running) were. As of March 7, 2020

Times of amateurs and professionals under 9:30 hours since October 1982 have been taken into account. Each athlete is listed here with her personal best. Competitions in which only one duathlon was held due to the weather, or partial distances were significantly shortened by the organizer, are not considered.
An official measurement of the routes, as in athletics with the Jones counter , has not yet been done in triathlon. The races can only be compared to a limited extent or to a limited extent due to the fact that the length is not exactly precise.
