The Bièvre is a river in France that runs in the Isère department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It rises on the municipal boundary of Montferrat and Saint-Sulpice-des-Rivoires , changes its name several times in its upper reaches (Ruisseau de Falconnière, Ruisseau des Rajans, Ruisseau de Corbières), generally drains in a northerly direction and flows into the municipal area of after 21 kilometers Les Avenières as a left tributary in a tributary of the Rhône .
