Bianca Walkden (born September 29, 1991 in Liverpool ) is a British Taekwondoin who is active in the middle and heavyweight division.

Walkden started taekwondo at the age of eleven and has been working for the Liverpool Elite Club ever since . She has been taking part in international competitions since 2007, in the heavyweight division she won bronze at the European Junior Championships in Baku in the same year and silver at the World Junior Championships in Izmir the following year . At their first World Cup in 2009 in the adult area, Walkden reached the quarterfinals. Her first major sporting success was the 2010 European Championship in Saint Petersburg . Walkden only lost in the semifinals against Anne-Caroline Graffe and won her first international medal in the adult category with bronze. Since the British Association for the Olympic Games 2012 in the heavyweight division did not select a quota place, Walkden started at the European Championships in Manchester in the middleweight division up to 67 kilograms. After the quarter-finals, however, she ultimately had no chance of a nomination. In 2014 she became European champion and the following year she became world champion for the first time .

At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , she won the bronze medal in the over 67 kilogram class. A year later she was again world champion in the 73 kilogram class . In 2019 she defended her title again in Manchester .
