The Big Clear Creek is a (with North Fork) about 28 kilometers long right tributary of the Meadow River in Greenbrier County in the US state of West Virginia . It drains a sparsely populated and heavily forested area in the southeast of the state.

The Big Clear Creek is created by the confluence of the roughly equal headwaters North Fork Big Clear Creek and South Fork Big Clear Creek near Anjean . The North Fork rises near Clearco and is approximately 10 miles long. The South Fork is formed by the confluence of the Old Field Branch and Job Knob Branch and is about 15.8 km long with the latter.
The merged river flows the last 12 km in a southwesterly direction and flows into the Meadow River at Rupert , of which it is the largest tributary.
