Bila ( Ukrainian Біла ; Russian Белая Belaja , Polish Biała ) is a village in the Ukrainian Ternopil Oblast with a population of 3,640 (2013).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1442, is the only place in the 52.389 km² district council of the same name in Chortkiv Rajon .
The village is located on the right bank of the Seret, 5 km northwest of the Chortkiv district center and 80 km south of the Ternopil oblast center . Territorial road T – 20–01 runs southwest of the village . Bila has a train station on the Buschatsch – Jarmolynzi and Chortkiv – Luzhany lines .
