Church Education

The Church Educational System (short CES of English. Church Educational System ) is an organization of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints (Mormons). Part of this educational system is the seminar and institute program. The following schools and universities also belong to the education system:

19 elementary and secondary schools in Fiji , Kiribati , Mexico , New Zealand , Samoa and Tonga

Seminar and institute

Young people between the ages of 14 and 18 take part in the seminar program. The seminar classes usually take place in the morning before school and teach Christian principles. In remote areas there is a joint class for all students once a week who do the course on their own during the week. There are four individual courses that are repeated every 4 years. The courses cover the scriptures of the Church.

The institute's program for young adults aged 18 to 30 includes the same courses in the same year as the seminar program. In addition, additional courses are offered as required. CES provides teacher and student guides, videos, and other materials for each of these courses. The courses are free for the participants.
