Bill Brown (composer)

Bill Brown (* 1969 in San Diego , California ) is an American composer .

Life

Bill Brown grew up on both the east and west coasts. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in film music and composition from Berklee College of Music in Boston , Massachusetts in August 1991 after living in Lake Hopatcong , New Jersey for 10 years . In August 2003, Brown received his masters degree from the University of Santa Monica .

In 1991 he moved to New York City and wrote music for various commercials , composed and produced title tracks for ABC's Wide World of Sports and music for Bertelsmann Music Group 's Killer Tracks Libraries .

From 1997 to 2004 Bill Brown was the Director of Music at Soundelux DMG in Hollywood .

In 2005, Brown started his own company: Bill Brown Music Inc. He currently lives in Los Angeles and is represented by First Artists Management .
