The Diocese of Mbanza Congo ( Latin Dioecesis Mbanzacongensis , Portuguese Diocese de Mbanza Congo ) is in Angola situated Roman Catholic diocese based in Mbanza Congo . It includes the province of Zaire .
history
Pope John Paul II founded it with the Apostolic Constitution Ex quo superno on November 7, 1984 from cession of territory by the Diocese of Uije and it was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Luanda as a suffragan diocese.
