The diocese Naha ( lat. : Dioecesis Nahana , jap. カトリック那覇教区 , katorikku Naha Kyoku ) is in Japan situated Roman Catholic diocese , based in Naha .

history

Pope Paul VI founded it with the Apostolic Constitution Iaponica Terra on December 18, 1972 from cession of territory by the Diocese of Kagoshima and it was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Nagasaki as a suffragan diocese.
