The Roman Catholic diocese of Yei (lat. Dioecesis Yeiensis ) comprises the districts of Nahr Yei and Kajo Keji of the southern Sudanese state of Central Equatoria ., As well as the district of Mundri of the state of Western Equatoria .
history
On March 21, 1986 the Diocese of Yei was founded and subordinated to the Archdiocese of Juba as a suffragan. The first and current bishop of Yei has been Lodu Tombe since the establishment of the Erkolano diocese .
