Bjarki Jóhannesson (born March 9, 1996 ) is an Icelandic ice hockey player who has spent his entire career at Skautafélag Reykjavíkur in the Icelandic ice hockey league.

Career

Bjarki Jóhannesson began his career at Skautafélag Reykjavíkur , for which he made his debut in the Icelandic ice hockey league at the age of 14 and continues to play to this day.

International

In the junior division Bjarki Jóhannesson participated with Iceland in the U18 World Championships in 2012 , 2013 and 2014 , when he was voted best player of his team, in Division II and in the U20 World Championships in 2013 , 2014 and 2015 in Division II and 2016 , as he was again awarded as the best player of his team, participated in Division III.

Bjarki Jóhannesson played for the Icelandic men's national team for the first time at the 2016 World Cup in Division II. In 2018 , he also played in Division II.
