Wine
The Blauburger makes red wines that are intense in color, velvety, ripen early and have a long shelf life. They have an intense but neutral red wine bouquet. If the yields are too high or the locations are not favorable, the wines are very weak in expression. For this reason, Blauburger is also used as a cover wine .
