Bludná ( German Irrgang ) is a district of the municipality Pernink in Okres Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic .
location
Bludná is located directly on the ridge of the Ore Mountains , east of the Blatenský vrch on the road from Horní Blatná to Boží Dar .
history
The place was first mentioned in 1520 in connection with iron mining, but it is probably older. 1569 is the spelling Irrgangk .
The name does not go back, as some sources claim, to mistakes (walks) during joint border inspections on the controversial border area between the rulers of Schwarzenberg and Schlackenwerth in the 16th century, but is derived from the errant disturbance as an "erroneous" vein .
For many years iron mining was the main source of income for the residents of Irrgang. The “errant fault” was built on, which is sometimes over a meter thick and, in addition to iron ore ( hematite ), sometimes also contains considerable quantities of manganese ores . The iron ore mines on the Errgang and in Totenbach were also important raw material sources for the hammer mill in Wittigsthal . The hammer lords were therefore the most important donors of these pits.
Originally, parts of the place belonged to the communities of Breitenbach , Bärringen and Seifen . Irrgang was parish to the parish of Platten and part of the parish of Bärringen. The one-layer Lessigh houses, on the other hand, belonged to the parish of Abertham.
At the census in 1872 56 inhabitants lived in 9 houses in Irrgang. The majority of the population was German-speaking and was largely expelled between 1945 and 1949 . In 1991 the village had one inhabitant. Today there are still three houses in Bludná, none of which are used for residential purposes.
