Blurt - Voll verplappert (Original title: Blurt ; working title: Inside Voice ) is an American comedy on the television station Nickelodeon from 2018 . The premiere of the film in the USA took place on February 19, 2018; the German-language premiere was on April 1, 2018.
action
Jeremy Martin is your average teenager. In his school he is not particularly noticed, especially his secret crush Corinne doesn't really pay any attention to him. One day he is approached by a salesperson selling VR glasses in the mall . When testing the device, however, Jeremy falls into a fountain and the VR glasses short-circuit. As a result, he is no longer able to think “for himself” from now on, instead he speaks out all of his thoughts from this point on.
After initial difficulties, Jeremy uses his new "ability" in his favor. For example, he finally succeeds in addressing Corinne, and he is also running for the election of the student representative. Because he simply expresses all his thoughts, he initially gains a lot of popularity and recognition among his classmates. However, he also realizes the negative sides, for example when he presents the ideas of his student representative colleague Milly as his own and thereby exposes them in front of the students. Jeremy also notes that Corinne's interest is not in him, but only in her own popularity.
Together with his sister Victoria, Jeremy finally manages to restore his "normal state" and to reconcile with Milly.
