Bobryzja ( Ukrainian Бобриця ; Russian Бобрица Bobryza ) is a village in the north of the Ukrainian Cherkassy Oblast with about 1000 inhabitants (2001).

In the village, first mentioned in writing in the 18th century, there were 70 houses in 1741 and 96 houses in 1792 with a total of 835 inhabitants.

Bobryzja located at an altitude of 92  m at the mouth of the 12 km long Bobryzja ( Бобриця ), which gave the village its name, in the kaniv reservoir dammed Dnepr .

Bobrytsia is located 10 km northwest of the center of Kaniv district and 75 km northwest of the Cherkasy oblast center . The N 02 trunk road ( regional road P-19 ) runs south of the village
