Bodo Kruger

Bodo Krüger (born March 5, 1958 in Hanover ) is editor-in-chief of the Neue Presse in Hanover.

Life

After studying German and history , he began a traineeship at the Wolfsburger Allgemeine Zeitung . Krüger switched to the Neue Presse in 1987 as a sports reporter and initially reported on the Bundesliga team at Hannover 96 . He was a correspondent for the soccer world championships in Italy (1990) and in the USA (1994) . From 1995, Krüger was part of the editor-in-chief of the Neue Presse. He later became deputy editor-in-chief. Krüger has been the newspaper's editor-in-chief since January 1, 2013.

Krüger is the managing director of Neue Presse Redaktion GmbH & Co. KG.

Awards

Krüger received a European Newspaper Award in 2006.
