The Bogda Feng ( Chinese 博格達 峰 / 博格达 峰 , Pinyin Bógédá fẽng ) is a mountain in the Tian Shan in the autonomous region of Xinjiang ( People's Republic of China ).
With a height of 5448 m, the Bogda Feng is the highest point in the Bogda Shan mountain range in the extreme east of the Tian Shan. The glaciated mountain is located in the far west of the mountain range. In the north is the independent city of Fukang in the Changji Hui Autonomous District . The district of Dabancheng of the prefecture -level city of Ürümqi extends to the south .

The 5213 m high west summit ( ⊙ ) is located 1.11 km west-southwest of the main summit.
Ascent history
The Bogda Feng was on 9/10. First climbed June 1981 by an eleven-person Japanese expedition from Kyoto . The western summit was on 7./8. and climbed August 10, 1981 by another Japanese expedition.
