Bogić Vujošević (born August 5, 1992 in Vrbas ) is a Serbian - Austrian basketball player . The Point Guard has been under contract with the Belgian first division club Okapi Aalst since June 2020 .

Career

Vujošević began his professional career in 2011 at his Serbian hometown club KK Vojvodina , for which he was used in 40 games for an average of 12.8 minutes. After a year he left Vojvodina and hired at BKK Radnčiki Belgrade , where he already came to 26.6 minutes of playing time per game in 24 games, in which he was able to record 10.7 points and 3 assists. At the beginning of the 2013/14 season, he moved to KK Crnokosa Kosjerić within KLS . As a starting development player, he was able to achieve 10 points per game. At the end of the 2013/14 season he signed up for the NBA Draft 2014 , in which the 21-year-old Vujošević was not selected by any team, then he went to the Austrian ABL where he played one season for the Oberwart Gunners . In Oberwart he collected an average of 12.6 points and 4.6 templates. After the season he moved to BC Vienna in 2015 , where he only stayed one season.

For the 2016/17 season, Bogić Vujošević moved to the ece Bulls . With the Bulls, Vujošević won the cup in his first season. In the playoffs for the championship he was the leading player in the Kapfenberg team, who were able to win a league title with him after 13 years. Due to his performance in the final series against the Oberwart Gunners, he was named the final MVP. Vujošević then signed a two-year contract with the Bulls. The Kapfenberg Bulls were able to repeat the double from the previous season in the next season 2017/18, in which they were able to defeat the Swans Gmunden in the cup and league . In the next season they defended the cup victory again against the Swans.

After winning all national titles and awards with the Bulls in around four years, Bogić Vujošević moved to Belgian first division club Okapi Aalst on June 14, 2020 .

National team

In mid-October 2019, Bogić Vujošević received Austrian citizenship , which meant that he was eligible to play for the Austrian national team in the qualifying round for the 2021 European Championship .
