Boo is a village in the municipality of Nacka in the Swedish province of Stockholm County . It is separated from Stockholm by the Skurusundet strait . Before 2015, Boo was an independent crime scene with a last 24,052 inhabitants (2010). Since then it has been part of the crime scene in Stockholm.

For a long time the area was sparsely populated with a few manors and farmer's cottages. Today the building consists mainly of villas. In the district Orminge emerged from 1967 to 1971 as part of the Swedish Million Program prefabricated .
