The Bowman Creek is a small river in Schenectady County , in the east of the US state New York , in the United States .

It rises about 1.5 kilometers southeast of Braman Corners , flows from there in a north-westerly direction, where it then turns west at Bramans Corner . The river flows into Schoharie Creek about 250 meters south of New York State Route 160 as a tributary . The river length is 4.2 kilometers.

Bowman Creek flows through the NRHP- listed Eatons Corners Historic District (NRHP ID 84003196).

At the end of July 2008, floods caused great damage in the catchment area following heavy rainfall .

The river is historically mentioned in the Battle of New Dorlach on July 10, 1781.
