Architecture and history
In 1897 the villa was built as a clinker brick building by the Brunswick architect Friedrich Staeding . The design was carried out in the style of late classicism , which is expressed in both the floor plan and the decoration. The property is fenced off by a wrought iron fence. There is an old stock of trees on the property.
