It is located south of the Quedlinburger Schloßberg on the corner of Brühlstrasse and Billungstrasse and is listed in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
In 1897 the villa was built as a clinker brick building by the Brunswick architect Friedrich Staeding . The design was carried out in the style of late classicism , which is expressed in both the floor plan and the decoration. The property is fenced off by a wrought iron fence. There is an old stock of trees on the property.
