Bram Schwarz (born April 28, 1998 ) is a Dutch rower who was second in the 2019 world championship with eighth .

Athletic career

Bram Schwarz already took part in the Junior World Championships in 2014 and finished sixth in the quadruple sculls , at the Junior World Championships in 2015 he won with eighth. In 2016, Black rowed in single and finished second at the Junior European Championships, at the Junior World Championships in Rotterdam he rowed to tenth place. In 2017 he won the U23 World Championships with eighth place . In the same year, he and Nicolas van Sprang also competed in the adult class of the 2017 World Championships and finished twelfth in the double scull.

In 2018 Bram Schwarz rowed in a four without a helmsman . Together with Bjorn van den Ende , Tone Wieten and Jasper Tissen , he finished fifth at the European Championships in Glasgow , and the Dutch came fourth at the World Rowing Championships in Plovdiv . In 2019 van den Ende, Tissen and Schwarz switched to the Dutch eight. At the beginning of the 2019 season, the Dutch eighth won bronze at the 2019 European Championships in Lucerne behind the Germans and the British. At the world championships, the Germans won ahead of the Dutch and the British.
