The Kaiserdom Specialitäten Brauerei is a brewery in Bamberg in Upper Franconia .

history

The Bamberg private brewery was founded in 1718 in the Bamberg district of Gaustadt by Georg Morg. It has been owned by the Wörner family since 1910. In 1953 the output was 6,000 hectoliters and increased further in the following years. Today around 320,000 hectoliters are brewed per year. This makes the Kaiserdom brewery the largest brewery in Bamberg and the surrounding area. The beer (including kosher beer) is now exported to five continents and can be purchased in over 65 countries.
