The Braunhardsberg or Braunhartsberg is 969.5 m above sea level. NHN high mountain southwest of the Albstädter district Tailfingen and northwest of the district Truchtelfingen in the Zollernalbkreis . Lying on the main European watershed , it divides the Schmiechatal and Obere Eyachtal and enables a view of the plateau of the Heersberg in the west. The Braunhartsberg nature reserve is located on the western mountain slope .
