Brent Burge

Brent Burge (born before 1984) is a sound engineer who at the Academy Awards in 2014 and 2015 for his work on the last two films of the Hobbit trilogy for the Oscar in the category Best Sound Editing was normalized. He is also the recipient of two Golden Reel Awards from the Motion Picture Sound Editors Society. Burge has worked on the sound editing of around 50 films and television series since 1984 and has worked mainly with director Peter Jackson since the mid-1990s .
