Brian Dzingai (born April 29, 1981 in Harare ) is a Zimbabwean sprinter who specializes in the 200-meter run .

At the African Athletics Championships in 2006 in Bambous, he was sixth over 200 m. The following year he won the bronze medal at the Pan-African Games in Algiers with the 4 x 100 meter relay . At the 2007 World Athletics Championships in Osaka, Dzingai reached the semi-finals in the 200-meter run.

He achieved his best international result to date at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, where he finished fourth in the 200-meter run. Dzingai benefited from the disqualification of Churandy Martina and Wallace Spearmon , who had reached the goal in front of him but illegally exceeded their lane markings. At the World Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2009 , he was eliminated in the preliminary round.

Brian Dzingai is 1.67 m tall and has a competition weight of 67 kg. He attended Florida State University .
